What is

Rolfing Structural Integration is a manual therapy that addresses imbalances in the soft tissue structures of the body. Working with the fascia (the connective tissue of the body), and utilizing movement during the session, Rolfing results in improvement in posture, diminished pain, more energy and overall better health. Often described as a combination of PT, massage and chiropractic, Rolfing brings the structures of the body into better relationship and offers options to habituated patterns of movement.
